| Product Features | This is a classic Japanese nakiri (vegetable knife) handcrafted by Echigo Tamasaburo, with a 165mm blade length.The knife has seen only very light use (just a few times), and has been stored for a long period. As a result, the carbon steel blade shows some minor, superficial surface rust spots (as visible in the photos). These are typical age/storage marks on reactive carbon steel and can be easily removed with light polishing or a rust eraser.Perfect for someone who appreciates authentic Echigo craftsmanship and doesn’t mind a little cosmetic TLC.
